So AF visited today, I have PCOS and my periods are always irregular so I know never to expect them on time and this makes monitoring things and planning things difficult but I always have my smalls signs to show I'm due on.

Well after being around 12 days late I started my period smack bang in the middle of this afternoon with no warning what so ever!

I got violently dizzy and a searing pain at the bottom of my stomach and when I went to the toilet I realised I have started my period. The pain that has been there since is horrible, that I have been physically sick twice so far and am quite lightheaded, I'm literally curled up in bed trying to get comfy.

While I am no stranger to pain due to endometriosis I have never had this before! Any advice anyone can offer?
