How often is your baby breastfeeding?

My lo is 15 weeks today and is breastfeeding constantly still. I’m trying to build up a supply for going back to work and I don’t think it’s going to be possible. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat...
Also he has a milk sensitivity and reflux so I’m nervous about trying formula to supplement

Our babies are birthday buddies! My boy eats approximately every three hours. If I pump I try to do it in the morning when I’m more full, he’s been sleeping through the night lately so I’m practically bursting first thing in the morning!

When I was trying to build up my stash I would feed on one side first thing in the morning then pump the other.

What works best for me is feeding the baby on one side and simultaneously pump on other side. It's tricky at first but I always get more milk this way!

Try pumping first thing in the morning before baby eats but only for a few minutes. I can get the most at that time and have been able to get about 4oz in 2 days now which for me is a lot compared to what I was getting when pumping after all her feedings. Good luck!
