MAJOR PMS
Who else suffers from horrible PMS?? I gave birth twice, and after the second time my periods have been unbearable. More so, for two whole weeks leading up to my period. Nausea, cramps, appetite fluctuations, stomach attacks, headaches, major irritability, sleeping too much or not at all- it has been so much worse after childbirth 😔
