Exercising with baby

My son will be 6 weeks old tomorrow and my dr cleared me to start exercising yesterday. Baby is making it difficult for me to do much but I did a 25 minute full body baby carrier workout today. I feel so out of shape since I was basically on bed rest my entire pregnancy but am happy to get back to my workout routine after going from 93 pounds pre pregnancy up to 165. I am already down to 115 pounds but used to workout 4-5 nights a week before I got pregnant and just want my fit body back. Any suggestions or workout videos you mommas have been using?
