Preparing for TTC

Hi ladies! 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

My husband and I have been actively TTC for the past 2 months. I am not unhealthy by any means, but want to start being more proactive about my health and getting prepared to have our first little one!

What are some things you did to prepare your body and have a healthier lifestyle while TTC?

I know things like coffee,alcohol, drugs etc. are to be avoided, or at the least, consumed in small amounts (talking about coffee and alcohol 😂). But what are some other things you did or are currently doing that have helped you feel better about your body/health and preparing for your baby?

Any advice is GREATLY appreciated! 🥰
