I need advice on some new smoothies or drinks to help with weight loss.


I am needing advice on things to help with weight loss my ladies have tried before and was happy with results. I’m going to start December 1st with only drink water and maybe some tea and I’m going to try and cut out fast food. My boyfriend and I love to eat at Olive Garden and Logan’s. So when trying to lose weight do you look at the carbs or calories. Help me out I’m new to this! :) I would like to do this on my own and if I don’t succeed with working out and my eating habits i may be seeing if a professional fitness trainer could help. ♥️
