Pets and pregnancy

Anyone have a pet acting strange now that you're pregnant? Like my little dog insists on following me everywhere around the house. If I'm lying down then he lays across my stomach. Fortunately he is small! He also is a little more vocal towards strangers when we go out. He use to be friendly. So does anyone else have a pet acting 'weird' now that you're pregnant? :)
