Unhealthy unhappy

I gained about 40 pounds while pregnant with my baby boy. I was disgusted with the way I looked and I was mentally just not happy. I started working out and using this app called lose it. I love it because it asks for your weight you input and it gives you an amount of calories you should/shouldn't intake in a day to reach whatever goal you have in mind. Once I started working out I noticed I was mentally improving and I had more energy and I lost the weight. At the end of my pregnancy I weighed 190 I am now down to 140 pounds at 5 months PP. And I'm loving my stretch marks (I use to hate them but everytime I look at my son i smile and remember why I don't hate them anymore)
