Is it all in my head?

So I've been having very intense breast tenderness. I've also been feeling nauseous and that weird hazy feeling all day and super sleepy. But I've been having cramping here and there and been having an elevated amount of CM..I'm ttc my 2nd child but I guess I don't remember much of the whole early pregnancy part and the cramps are discouraging me.. I took a test two days ago and BFN.. Do you think there is a chance of pregnancy or should I assume my period will be coming because of the cramps.. Need advice/opinions. Thanks
