Compulsive behavior?

Does anyone on here have compulsive behavior? Does it eventually go away ?? 😭

I’ve never been diagnosed but I am pretty sure I am compulsive with some things.
1. I can’t let anyone load/unload the dishwasher I have to do it. I don’t like water on the counter and I need to rinse every dish first even if there’s nothing on it. 
2. I have to rinse a cup 3 times before drinking from it 
3. I HATE when my routine/schedule gets changed. I have a panic attack and feel sick
4. I have to Clorox the counters every time I use them
5. I feel anxious and sick if someone shows up without having first told me they were coming and I dislike having people come over in my space 
6. I hate hearing my phone ring or get texts from people to ask what I am doing. I panic and feel sick. I LOVE being alone.(to be fair when my phone rings is usually someone asking me for something of to do something for them and I am not one to be able to say no)
Not a lot of people know this because I don’t say it out loud!!!! I just have the struggle in my head so no one thinks I am crazy. I am not sure if it will ever go away but I am going to see a psychologist to see if there are underlying issues.
