+OPK no BBT rise

Today is the 4th day I have gotten a +opk and still no bbt rise. I usually get sore breasts too but so far nothing. I did have EWCM a few days ago. Is it possible I O'd? If my temps don't rise does that mean I won't have a period? Anyone experience this or have any insight? Thanks!
