Dated 12 weeks today (exercise question)
I’m super lazy and tired lately. I was never into much exercise other than going on walks daily or at least as much as I could.
Since getting pregnant that has completely changed. Especially with the cramping I’m getting.
Any suggestions for exercises I can do at home or how much I should be doing during my pregnancy. I know when I stretch or use lots of muscle to open things or do certain things, my tummy hurts way more.
