Never content

Is anyone else’s baby never content? Seems when my LO is awake she’s never happy, I might get one hour total out of the whole day when she’s awake that she’s content and happy for a minute but it just seems like she’s never content, not after a feeding, not after a nap, when she’s tired but can’t go to sleep etc..... My doctor told us that around the 1-2 month mark babies can get fussy. Idk if it’s just fussiness or there’s something wrong...I might call her doctor soon. Is anyone else going through this? She’s almost 7 weeks. We give her gas drops and it seemed to help at first but now I’m thinking they don’t anymore. She’s also constantly grunting and tensing up.
