Boyfriend’s family

In June I’m going with my boyfriend to his home country, where he hasn’t been in years, and I’m going to meet his whole family. We are in a very serious relationship and we want to get married soon but I’m really scared about going to a different country where I don’t know anyone and meeting his family who don’t even speak english. I’m obviously going to be alone and left out a lot since I can’t speak the language and since my bf hasn’t seen his friends and family for so long he will want to speak to them a lot and hang out with them most of the time which is fine but I’m just a bit scared. And I don’t want to be annoyed at him if he spends most of the time without me because I completely understand and I don’t mind but I know I might feel a bit sad at the time idk. Does anyone have any advice about the whole situation?
