This is my second pregnancy. I am due in less than 2 two weeks. Going on two months ago I started making breast milk. And about two and a half weeks ago my breast started feeling full and slightly painful. With my first pregnancy I was able to make a ton of milk, literally had days where I had pumped a full gallon; not joking, in a 24 hour period. I am wondering if any second time or even first time moms if you pre- pumped before your baby was due? Any one I have asked Dr wise or other seem to not have any actual experience on the matter and seem to answer more out of opinion, rather than any experience on it.
