Constipation in early pregnancy ? (Tmi, I know sorry)

So I am 6 days late, and for the past two days I've been constipated. Can't even go if I tried. I've never experienced this out of the blue unless I eat certain foods. My diet has been good, and I keep getting negatives on pregnancy tests. Has anyone experienced this as symptom? And later found out you were pregnant ?

Yup! I think I only had like 4 BM during my whole pregnancy! (Exaggerating!) but ugh! Seriously, it was rough lol!
