I am 16 weeks along I've had a yeast infection that's been coming and going since about 12 weeks.  Tried monistat 7 but it unfortunately it wasn't cutting it so I went back to my OB who prescribed a 3 day 0.8% dose of terconazole.  I took it via applicator for 3 days in a row and suddenly noticed that the label the pharmacy put on the box said to take it once every 3 days at bedtime.  I took it three days in a row at the instruction of my OB!!!  I called their office and the nurse tells me that yes, I was only supposed to take it once every three days.  She also said that if any harm was done that nothing could be reversed and we would just have to wait until my 20 week sono to see if there were any defects!!!!!!!  THEN she calls me later yesterday afternoon to say that she spoke with the doctor and confirmed that she DID tell me to take it three days in a row and that the baby would "probably" be fine but that we still wouldn't know until the sono.  Still, I looked it up and it is a category c drug so I am terrified it affected my baby.  I'm 36 years old, already had a miscarriage with my first baby, and this is my first girl :(.  Please tell me someone else had a similar experience or used this drug as a three day dose and went on to have a healthy baby!
