IBD Flare Ups
Any one else have a IBD? I have colitis and I was okay with flare ups until this past week and cant eat anything anymore, I cant gain any weight and I am carrying twins 😔 Any advice on what I can eat or do just to make sure they are getting what they need? All the good stuff I cant eat like Raw fruit and most all veggies 😢
