i can’t stomach the pills, i always nearly throw up, so i wanted to change to gummies. anyone taking these??

This is gonna sound so hilarious but out of the month and a half I’ve been taking my prenatal I choked on it today 😂 It may just be me but it was a funny “Wth” moment afterwards. I take Vitafol Btw,it’s such an odd pill/Gel Like Capsule l.

I've heard that the gummies aren't ideal. I have however just moved to pregnacare and I find them quite good in terms of size x
