Scared of SIDS

Warning this is going to be long-

So last night I had my baby in bed with me like I do most nights, I reached over and felt his hand and it was a little cold- I picked up his arm and dropped it to see if I could get him to stir and he didn’t so I panicked that he was dead and lightly shook him. I literally have never been so scared. Well I didn’t say anything to my spouse and he told me that he had a similar incident this morning with him- now I feel like I’m never going to sleep again!!! Anyone else experience this?
