How soon too soon to see doctor?

So we’ve been ttc for three months, my period is 8 days late, and having all the symptoms (headaches, tiredness, nausea, odd cramping, peeing a lot) but every home pregnancy test is BFN. Should I get in touch with my doctor or just keep waiting it out?
