Back cramps nd back pain
I had back cramps.b4 i had my 1st born. I had an epi and it took em an hour to put in.. But any hoo my lower back be super hurting. It like back cramps nd back pain at the same time .. Any tips to relieve it.. I am a med 420 patient nd i also take pamprein
