Unicornuate Uterus Birth Stories?

Does anyone have any birth stories who have a Unicornuate uterus? I am pregnant after two MMCs and have this condition and wondering if this affected anything? Like did the baby come early?

I was also diagnosed with UU and been ttc for a year. Did my first IUI in Feb which failed. On to the next one. 
How long have you ttc since you got your bfp? Did you get any fertility assistance or got prego naturally?
