Nosebleeds: anyone else?

Question

Is anyone else suffering from regular nosebleeds? I must get at least 1/week, and I think I've gotten no more than 2-3 nosebleeds in my whole life up to now! Is this just a weird third-trimester thing? I'm almost 34 weeks.

My nose has been congested, dry and I've had nosebleeds as well. Simply saline nose spray is my go to. I keep a bottle at home and at work and use it multiple times through the day.

I use Vaseline in my nose to help prevent nose bleeds because my nose is dry. Might be worth a shot to buy a trial size and keep it in your purse

I had one really dramatic looking one the other day that took me completely by surprise! None since though. It might be to do with the fact that we have more blood pumping through our system in pregancy...?

I got nosebleeds ever since I ended up pregnant.

I get them when I wake up in the morning. I got a humidifier that I use at night now and it has helped out a lot ! No more nose bleeds in the morning for me! 😊

I got one in the first trimester but haven't experienced it asin since. Definitely a strange symptom!

Yes! I never normally get nosebleeds. I had them a lot in my first trimester, and they just started coming back at 30 weeks. It's the softening of the membranes is what my dr told me :)
