Take things one day at a time.. I was also freaked out in the beginning until I realized I had no option but to take it all in as it comes.

I did and still do (halfway there now!) ... appointments definitely help ease my mind bc I can see or hear the heartbeat. It will be over before you know it though! Focus on being healthy and self cAre 😊😊 Congrats!

I felt like this at first, the not knowing part is hard. Like every twinge you think something is wrong, but it’s really just your body making room for your baby. I use to wake up from nightmares that I miscarried. I still get worried a little but I’ve learned to stop worrying. What will be will be, just be excited that you are on this beautiful journey! Congratulations
