What are the chances of miscarrying at 8 weeks without knowing?

I haven’t had any bleeding or anything but I am just so nervous that the baby isn’t in there anymore. So I’m just wondering the chances. I’m also wondering if it is an ectopic pregnancy would I still be having pregnancy symptoms at 8 weeks? I haven’t been to the Dr yet but I have an apt for dec 14th.

If you’re still having symptoms you’re most likely fine. You just have to relax. If you’re having bad cramps or bleeding then go get checked out. But if you’re not experiencing anything then you’re most likely fine, no need to stress.

Not to put a negative spin on things but you don’t always cramp and bleed with a miscarriage. I had a missed miscarriage earlier this year and had no idea until my 12 week ultrasound when they couldn’t find the baby’s heartbeat.

Usually you’d know if you had lost. Missed miscarriage can happen (I had this) and there are no symptoms of the loss. But it’s not very common. Odds are on your side that everything is just fine!! Try to relax! Congratulations 🎉

I had a miscarriage back in 2017 I didn’t exactly know until my 10 week ultrasound, but before that ultrasound I had spotting off and on then one night I woke up and felt a huge gush of fluid as if water was released from my V... it scared me as I turned on the light I saw nothing but blood I cried and sat there and knew I was having a miscarriage... I made an appointment ASAP which was around 8 weeks or so and saw the baby perfectly fine but found out I had a hemorrhage by the sac blood clots basically or something I forgot what they called it exactly but told me to take it easy which I did and after that appointment I was ok no bleeding whatsoever still felt pregnant had all the symptoms of pregnancy nausea etc but when my 10 week appointment came I found out I miscarried right after seeing my baby...
honestly I wouldn’t stress about it. Take your prenatals and keep your mind at ease if anything stressing won’t help you or the baby
I’m now pregnant w/my 2nd my rainbow baby and I’m 19 now.  Just relax and don’t think about it.
I lost my baby I would say after finding out I had medical reasons after I went to my 8 week ultrasound the hemorrhage. Which probably had me miscarry.
But just kno I had signs before the actual miscarriage which was bleeding it was a 50/50 chance the pregnancy would go on but still a sign. So I wouldn’t worry about it.
