Fasting numbers?
This question might be dumb but when do you take your fasting number? Within 30mins of waking or longer? I'm sure I'm not the only mama who wakes up multiple times during the night or sits on their phone for 1hr+ in their warm bed before actually getting up. I noticed a pattern if I wait too long after waking, until I'm starving, my blood sugar is high but if I take it within 30 mins and I'm not starving it's lower?
It's also higher if I stay awake for a while 2hrs in bed and then go to bed again and then wake up again and take it.
Or if my last meal was over 10hrs ago.
Any advice?
