What is this? TMI

So a couple days ago my legs started hurting and I started cramping bad and I started having brown discharge of some kind and I thought it was cause of the birth control shot I just got a month earlier but last night I went to the bathroom and there was blood pouring down my legs and all over my pants and we didn't have any toilet paper so I stood back up and went to go get some but when I did I felt something cold in my pants leg and I pulled them down and this was there

Do anybody know what's happening?
