Vitex (Agnus-Castus)
Has anyone ever used this to help regulate their period? If so, was is successful or harmful? Mine is almost a month late (BFNs) and I'm really hesitant to try provera. I was looking for something over the counter that I could take. I never thought I'd be this upset over not having my period :( I would really appreciate some advice!
