I keep dreaming about twin boys.

Im 11 and a half weeks pregnant. I had a dream I saw twins on my ultrasound and now I keep dreaming about twin boys. For 11 weeks I am pretty big considering Im very petite. I dont even have my first ultrasound until 16 weeks just because of where I live I have to get on an 8 hour ferry to see an ultrasound tech! Anyway was wondering if any other mamas had dreams about twins before they knew? Im almost convinced.. but I wont know for a month!
