PCOS but need a BABY!!!

I have PCOS they say but not as for having cysts abnormally on my ovaries but the hair growth (minimal) and weird af cycles which are now 28 days every month for last year! I've been off metformin because I let it run out and my gymo appt is in September! We have been TTC for almost 5 years and never a BFP :-(

So I need your help I'm almost 35 and I feel as if it will never happen!!! Anybody have some good advice...
