Period Nausea - help!

How can I get rid of nausea during my period? It usually comes with cramps and gone when they’re gone, but my cramps are usually so intense that medication doesn’t work for at least an hour. So what’s a good way of dealing with nausea?

Also, if anyone has any recommendation for meds for cramps HMU! I use aleve or Advil usually
