Blood after Masturbation⁉️

Y’all for the last couple of times I’ve masturbated, I have spotted blood. I usually do it with a smooth crystal wand. My period isn’t supposed to come for a while, and I’m a virgin (no history of stds). I had a uti and took antibiotics for it about a week ago, but I doubt that has anything to do with it, I ovulated about two weeks ago, and I don’t usually do it roughly, therefore I’m pretty confused. Anybody had this problem before? Any suggestions?
