Remedies for nausea? !

This is my first pregnancy and I'm experiencing the worst nausea. I can't leave the house without getting sick. I have no idea what can get me through this without taking prescription meds... any ideas would be greatly appreciated :-)

I used Sea Bands most of my first trimester and I always carried crackers or granola bars with me at all times. I found that always having something in my stomach made the sickness less.

Jolly Ranchers were the only thing that helped me.  I was sick my entire pregnancy.  I tried ginger,  teas, wrist bands.  I had a mega bag of jolly ranchers in my bag at all times.

Sea bands! You can get them at Walgreens. Trust me they work!! Relied on them during my whole first trimester lol. Invest in some "preggie pops" too. Don't forget to eat super healthy (I was on what seemed like a bread diet), eat small portions and eat frequently. Hope that helps

25mg of Vitamin B6 along with 12.5mg of Unisom every 8 hours, try it at night first since Unisom is a sleep aid. I'm an OB nurse and it's our first recommendation for patients!

Try anything with real ginger, teas or even small pieces of dried candied ginger. If you have a babies r us, they carry candy called Preto pops, were a lifesaver with my daughter. Some people suggest lemon head or peppermint candies. Good luck hope you find something that works for you!

Ginger snaps!!! If you're having trouble with your prenatals, target has a brand called RAINBOW LIGHT they're vegan/gluten free & contain ginger in them. It's only one pill a day. They haven't made me sick at all like others have.

Keep saltines with you wherever you are. I had some beside me in bed and before I even thought about getting up I would eat 4 crackers and wait about 10 minutes
