Anyway to speed up early labour?

Hi guys in early labour with contractions every 3 mins apart but been sent home due to them not being strong enough or being far enough dialated.... So how can we speed this up?

If you water hasnt broken, sex. Go for a long walk. Don't stress too much, rest as much as you can. If its real, itll progress.

If you’re open to it you can try midwives brew if castor oil freaks you out try substituting with prune juice but I think if in prelabor already it has a better chance of working or you could try cummin tea it’s supposed help strengthen contractions

Keep upright walk bounce on a ball up and down stairs...but remember to not over to it you need your energy...also rub clary sage into your bump
