Should I test again?

Okay So I have been having lower back pain, headaches, fatigue, I am more hungry, and slightly sore boobs. I also have had a couple of more but anyways I took a Clearblue digital and it came out negative. So could it be wrong and I should wait a few more day? Also when did you guys get you bfp?
