Took Mucinex/DayQuil/NyQuil before I knew I was pregnant. Freaking out!!!

I’m currently 9w5d pregnant. I’ve had a nasty cold/cough the past 2 months. Before I found out I was pregnant I was taking DayQuil/Nyquil and then I switched to Mucinex for my cough. I found out I was pregnant at 5-6 weeks along. I stopped taking all medication but now I’m just extremely worried something is wrong. I had my first ultrasound last week and everything looked fine, nothing was said about something being unusual. The tech didn’t leave the room to consult anybody.

I’ve read places that things could be fine because the baby doesn’t start getting nutrients from the mom until about 6 weeks when the placenta develops. I have so much anxiety over this. I have my next appointment tomorrow with the nurses/midwives and I don’t have my appointment with a doctor until 2 weeks from now.

Any advice, suggestions, similar experiences??
