Haven’t heard from him in 3 weeks

I’ve been talking to this guy that is in the military and we were supposed to hangout on November 17th and never heard from him. I’ve texted and I called him and his phone goes straight to voicemail. We were both very interested in each other but haven’t heard from him since November 9th.
