Help I need advice ASAP

So my boy broke up with me because he said it’s for the best of me and he is trying to help me, i and him were happy we are both busy and are 4 years apart.

I was raped awhile ago and I’m going to court with it and my family is really stressed cause of it,I only live with my dad and I’m behind on school and self harm so I’m dealing with that shit(my life isn’t too bad).

My boy and I were just gonna take a break but he broke up with me saying that it was for the best for me,but I don’t think it was and I miss him and I really hate he left me when I needed him most. How do I get over him and he says he wants to date when I get stuff figured out is that a good idea?
