hemorrhoids?

sorry for the photo. 
I’m almost 25 weeks pregnant. I don’t “feel” like I have hemorrhoids but today anytime I pooped, I wipe and have blood on the paper and this...it’s not vaginal bleeding. should I be concerned?

I had internal hemorrhoids when not pregnant and had that exact amount of blood. Even went to the ER. Doctor hardly talked to me and just kept repeating “takes 1 tsp of blood to make the water pink” even though I told him it was RED as fuck. Anyways. He sent me home. Told me to take stool softeners and drink lots of water🤷🏼‍♀️. Everything was back to normal within a day or two. So it is very normal to have that much blood with hemorrhoids. As long as there is no black blood(old blood) in your stool and it’s just pink(most likely from passing the hemorrhoids on the way out) you should be all good.

If you’re bleeding anally you should be concerned. Pregnant or not.

Stool softeners, preparation H, epsom salt baths help, plus wet wipes are easier on bottom, and trip to the doctor if need be as well.

I had the same thing happen! I didn't poop but there was some blood on my anal area. And I have hemmeroids already so I'm thinking one popped .
Pee was fine , no blood. And I still feel baby moving

That’s a little much blood, I would for sure get that looked at. You might need a special cream for varicose veins
