Vitex supplements? Yay or nay?
So I have a hormone imbalance, suspected endometriosis and polycystic ovarie. I suffer irregular cycles and excessive cervical mucus which makes it tricky to detect ovulation. Ive bought these vitex supplements and read its good for hormone regulation and cycles. Thoughts?
