Is your baby sleeping through the night yet??

My daughter will be 11 months on the 11th. She still wakes up. Twice a night to eat! We had her down to once a night but now back to two! I’m pregnant with #2 due in march😬 and just really hoping she will be sleeping through the night before our boy gets here

I haven’t fed our son at night since 5 months old. Every baby is different I realize and has different needs. For us, I read somewhere that around 5-6 months old, babies wake up after their REM cycles in the early mornings (1-5am) and make noises, cry or fuss but are generally ok. Again, you know if your baby has had enough to eat in the previous 24 hour period or not and if it’s a hungry cry. So, I let our son fuss and cry to test it out and he would be awake and cry for 4-5 minutes and then settle and go back to sleep. Again, he was transitioning between sleep cycles. Once in awhile I would recognize the unsettled cry and if it lasted more than 7-8 minutes I was up and nursing him. Otherwise, he learned that nighttime is not feeding time and he learned to settle between sleep cycles. He has slept 10-12 hours/night since 6 months and 7-9 hours between 4-5 months. Maybe your LO has learned the routine of night feedings? Maybe you can establish a new routine slowly over time where you don’t get up? Good luck!!

My nursing baby is still up every 3 hours to eat

My son has slept from 7pm till 7am since he was 3 or 4 months old. He doesn't wake at all. When he started doing it if i woke him he would just scream till i let him go back to sleep

We feed him milk put him down at 730, then a dream feed around 10, then he’s up around 2 and we get him back to sleep, then feed around 4 when he’s up again and then 6-7 when he’s up again to kick off the day!

My daughter is about to turn 1 this month and I’m also due in March with baby #2, once I switched her to her crib around 10 months she started sleeping through the night. Sometimes around 3am she will wake up and I will change her diaper and she will fall back asleep. Before she slept in her crib she would wake up 3 times a night 🤦🏼‍♀️. My daughter is sleeping through the night up to 10hours. She started doing that when I switched her to her crib to be honest before that she would wake every 3 hours.
