Sore breasts but positive test?

I read that if your breasts are sore a week before your period is due you most likely aren't pregnant, that they won't hurt until the day of your missed period or conception at the earliest. Well I don't know if I've conceived but my breasts have been sore since 6dpo. Please tell me this article is non sense and what dpo did your breasts get sore before your bfp?

Well, the day of conception would be 2 weeks before your period was due so that statement doesn't make much sense. I found out I was pregnant 4 days before my missed period and my only symptom was sore extremely breasts so, no, I don't think this is true.

My boobs always hurt a week or so before I start til about one or two days after I start but when I'm pregnant they hurt more and differently if that makes sense.

My breasts were definitely sore after conception, and about a week before my missed period, they were soo sore. I wasn't tracking or trying to get pregnant this month, after so many months of trying I stopped, and tested at 17dpo and I got a bfp. It was the day before my period that I tested

The only reason it's getting to me head is because I don't remember my breasts hurting at all with my first pregnancy
