Am I being overly Paranoid?😔

I'm 7wks and 6days today not very Far Yet, had my 3rd miscarriage in Febuary the day of my US I started spotting was only 6wks and 4days...later that night I lost it once again more heart ache. I had Finally got the Guts with this pregnancy to make an appointment to go for my 1st US, but bailed out, Due to the exact same fear......Am I completely Out of my Mind wanting to just wait it out? (Till say, my 2nd trimester?)🙊

I had the exact opposite reaction. I was eager to get back to the doctor for confirmation that the baby was ok because all I was doing was worrying about the baby not being ok.

Actually I was in your boat. I've had 4 miscarriages and every time I received an ultrasound the doctor would tell me I had miscarried. With this pregnancy I choose to wait because I was scared of finding out that baby didn't make it. I waited till I was 11 weeks before I made an appt and now I'm 20 weeks pregnant. But I can say that the fear hasn't left, so I think that even if you decide to wait the fear won't go away. I'd say go for it and make sure baby is happy and healthy and talk to the doctors

Aw very sorry for your losses. I'm no doctor but I wouldn't recommend waiting until second trimester. There are so many visits until then which will help you see the baby is there and ok (praying for you) and also the visits can help you feel more comfortable. It's better to have a doc/nurse to talk to you and guide you through your fears rather than stress yourself out the whole time! Wishing you all the best
