Help my foot 😕

I know swollen feet are a normal part of pregnancy but should I be concerned that its only my right foot? I mean occasionally both feet will swell, but my right foot is always swollen and tingling. It doesnt matter how I sit or if I elevate them. It even happens when I am laying down. Im 33+5 and I have a doc appointment on Thursday. Should I mention it? Kinda worried.😟
