Still pregnant 😭

So I just went to my 40 week appointment today and although the baby dropped, I’m still only one cm dilated as I have been since last week. I’ve been losing the mucus plug over the past few days so now it’s just a waiting game. I have another appointment Friday if I’m still pregnant and we’ll schedule an induction. I want to go into labor naturally but not sure what will help.

Has anyone tried any natural ways to induce labor and they worked? What are some natural remedies to get this baby out that you all would recommend?
