How much/how often should my 7 month old be eating?

I am at work from 6am-4pm (10 hours) I pump on the drive to work, at 11, and then on the drive home. While I’m gone he drinks three 5 ounce bottles. I nurse him again for dinner and than once in the middle of the night. Does this seem like enough? He’s also getting solids twice a day. He was born a little under 6 lbs as a full term baby bc of IUGR and has been following his growth curve but he’s been in the 1% for weight and head circumference since birth but the doctor wants him to move out of it
