Can someone please define all these words? Implantation, birth control, discharge, fertility

Implantation: After you have sex, and the sperm meets the egg and fertilizes it, it connects to the wall of your uterus, therefore, implanting. 
Birth control: Any contraceptive you use to avoid pregnancy, such as the pill, the shot, a condiment, IUD, etc. 
Discharge: the substance that comes out of your vagina. It can look/smell different at different times in your cycle. 
Fertility: the chances of you getting pregnant. You are most fertile during ovulation, when you release the egg.

Can someone please define all these words?
