I feel so alone

I'm 14 weeks pregnant, left my abusive ex almost 3 months ago. I literally feel so alone right now. No one to go shopping for baby with, no one to go to appointments with, no getting to share those little milestones with anyone. I honestly feel like he couldn't care less about our baby. He doesn't act excited at all and just acts totally disinterested. I swore things were going to be different this pregnancy but they're not :/
