Fake profiles.

How do you report fake profiles? Or at least block a person. There's a young lady on here who keeps posting bogus photos with stories that make zero sense and don't add up. I'm tired of seeing her posts. This is not a place for make believe. This is real life and scary for some of us. I just don't get some people.
